    We accept returns or exchanges on unused and unopened products within 14-30 days of purchase. Please contact us at mytharie.mt@gmail.com to initiate a return. Return shipping costs may apply.
  • Are your products cruelty-free?
    Yes! All Faarie products are 100% cruelty-free. We do not test on animals, and we only work with suppliers who adhere to the same policy.
  • I have sensitive skin. Can I use your products?
    Our products are made with natural ingredients, but we recommend doing a patch test on your skin first. Please check the ingredients list for any allergens
  • How should I store your products?
    For best results, store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Some items, like body butters, may soften in warm conditions but can be refrigerated to regain their texture.
  • Are your products vegan?
    Most of our products are vegan-friendly. Any non-vegan ingredients (e.g., beeswax) will be clearly listed in the product description.
  • Are your journals and notepads eco-friendly?
    Yes! We strive to use recycled and eco-friendly materials for our stationery whenever possible. Details about materials used are included in each product description.

    Keep journals in a dry area to prevent moisture damage. Our stickers are made with durable materials and are water-resistant but not fully waterproof.
  • I received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do?
